Let’s face it, I grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where my parents migrated to live on a commune. For those who don’t know, my hometown is an alternative healing/spiritual Mecca. My elementary school hired a Reiki Master to teach us energy work in the Third Grade!

I became fascinated with the human body and its awesome power to heal when given choices. This awareness, along with my close association with two prominent Rolfers, led me to pursue a career in Rolfing.  In 2004, I began my initial studies in massage at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balance.  I went on to study at the Rolf Institute in Boulder, CO and graduated in 2007.  Since then I’ve done hundreds of hours of continuing education, mentorship and assisting advanced trainings in the field.  I’ve had a successful private practice in Los Angeles since 2007.  In 2020 I decided to return to my hometown of Santa Fe and open a practice.

Rolfing allows me to effectively treat the widest range of pain-related structural issues including: muscle tension, sciatic nerve symptoms, emotional stress, headache, stiff neck, TMJ dysfunction, whiplash, poor posture, computer related stress, and so much more.  My practice is a combination of advanced understanding of the human form, specialized techniques and intuition.  I strive to create an environment of utmost safety and compassion for every-body.
